Hoy presento un grupo algo distinto y con un poderío metalero total. Rage Against the Machine  es un grupo musical estadounidense de rap metal fundado en el año 1990. Estamos ante un conjunto que realiza un rock combativo, militante y reivindicativo, asunto este que me interesa nada. Pero los Rage Against The Machine se diferencian de otras propuestas similares por la energía de sus canciones y sus filigranas metaleras. El grupo comandado por Zack de la Rocha y Tom Morello con solo cuatro discos de estudio elevaron el rap metal a categoría mainstream, lo cual en si mismo es una contradicción, pero bueno esto es rock.
En lo más alto de su  repertorio está el tema "Killing in the name"  reconocida casi unánimemente como la canción símbolo de la banda.
